USA Today has reported that the ancient practice of yoga is now a growth industry. A survey from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) found that nearly 10% of adults and 3% of children participated in yoga in 2012, nearly double that of a decade earlier. The major factor is accessibility with virtually every gym having yoga classes, new yoga studios, YouTube videos, and Groupon deals.
